OVERVIEW
Desert Trailer Systems believes in customer satisfaction. Within thirty (30) days of the purchase date from DTS Parts Online, a refund can be requested for the following:
- Any new item in original packaging and condition.
- Any unopened and unused product.
- Any item received in a damaged or defective condition.
- Any item received in error.
Original receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Requests for refunds outside of the thirty (30) day period from the purchase date will be denied. In certain situations, whereby an item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error, a partial refund may be granted.
REFUNDS
Upon receipt of a returned item, DTS will send you an email notification stating your return was received. Upon inspection completion (completing inspection) of the item(s), DTS will email a second notification stating the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within fourteen (14) business days.

Please keep in mind the following guidelines:
- Customers are responsible for ALL shipping costs (Shipping charges are non-refundable).
- Refund amounts issued will be less shipping charges paid with original purchase.
- Delivery times for product exchanges vary, and can be longer, depending on your geographic location.
- DTS does not guarantee the receipt of returned items; Customers may consider trackable shipping options or purchasing shipping insurance, especially for more expensive products.
- Items shipped to DTS for return not purchased through Desert Trailer Systems will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.
